Phonetics question (Speech sounds)?

Question

I really can't seem to determine the phonetic symbols for the sounds in following. Can someone please help?
Last sound in "bleached" and "neigh"
first sound in "unusual."

last sound in "bleached" is "t" symbol (consonant)
last sound in "neigh" is "ai" symbol (diphthong)
First sound in "unusual" is "^" symbol (vowel)

I don't know how (if it's possible) to type the actual symbols here, but if you have a chart of phonetic symbols you'll know what I mean.

neight - last sound [j]
unusual - first sound represented by an inverted 'v'
