I'd like to make it grunchy, if possible and I'm looking to make a cheese sauce/flavor for the chicken.

I have parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, bread crumbs or shake n bake, a mix for Milanese sauce. Also, what would be a good side dish? Please include directions for chicken. Thanks

In the photo of this dish, it looks crunchy! The reviews all rave about it. It sounds yummy to me! I'll have to stop and buy boneless chicken breasts on the way home from work tonight!

Substitute your Milanese sauce for the tomato sauce in this recipe. Doctor the seasonings to suit your preferences. If you don't care for this particular recipe, this site has oodles more variations on Parmesan Chicken! You're sure to find a recipe you'll love!

If you don't care for spaghetti (as recommended in this recipe), I think it would go great with rice, too! Serve it with your family's favorite veggie or salad, and some Italian bread, and you're good to go!

allrecipes.com is one of my very favorite websites for recipes ... I can find almost anything here that I want to try!

Buon Appetito!

well if you can add a few ingredients i made this for dinner the other night to experiment and it turned out great. Get a box of stove top, sour cream, and a can of cream of chicken. First boil your chicken til cooked and tender then shred the chicken or cut into small squares. Follow the directions for the stove top but use the water that you boiled your chicken in. Once you put the stove top into your water then add your chicken get it all mixed up. then put it into a baking dish smooth it into the dish. put your bread crumbs over it and Parmesan cheese. stick this into the oven for approx 30-40 min. then in a small pot mix in sour cream and can of cream of chicken with a little milk mix it til it is a sauce. once your chicken is done serve with the sour cream sauce over it and put mozzarella cheese to top it off. . As a side dish make mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. with deviled eggs.
mmmmmmmmmmm....................

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces (roughly the same size) or finger size.
Beat an egg and dip the chicken in it.
Combine the bread crumbs or shake/bake with the parm. (Add a little poultry seasoning if you have any)
Coat the egg dipped chicken with the crumb mix. Place in a baking dish/pie pan (whichever dish you're cookin this in).
I spray my chicken with some olive oil and cook on 350 for 10-15 minutes and check for doneness. Continue to cook until done.

A side dish of steamed veggies (broccoli or green beans or corn) and/or a side salad.

Enjoy!
