Urinals are installed on brackets (tubular frames) that are built into the wall. You will be tearing out a wall, running a new drain and vent line and rerouting a waterline to connect to it. Not cheap since you are not going to find the materials at Home centers. The flush valve is close to $100 depending on what type you use.
