Chocolate and crisp are high in calories, fat and sugar, but low in vitamins.

Ounce for ounce, gram for gram... fruit has less calories, less fat but better vitamin content.

Fruit is healthy. It gives you the essential vitamins, minerals, and right nutrients to help your body function properly during the day. Best type of snack to curb hunger between meals. Besides the natural sugars won't cause you to crash an hour later. Also a good way to keep your weight in check. Eating chocolate and crisps gets you fat and does not provide the proper nutrients for you to supply the body with the necessary energy to do your thing (whatever it might be, work, running, etc.).

In the end fruit is healthy for you if you want to live longer. lol

fruit is low fat and only has natural sugar, but high in fibre, so it doesn't affect your blood sugar, so you feel full for longer and your blood sugar stays stable (doesn't give you a quick high like chocolate and crisps which then dips, making you crave more). The only down side is it doesn't taste like chocolate or crisps.

High fat content in crisps and chocolate, therefore bad for heart, weight and general health. Also lacking in essential minerals and vitimins which are contained in fruit.

Fruit has vitamins, antioxidants, natural sugar, it's not processed, less calories, less (or no) fat. It will give you lasting energy. Chocolate will give you a quick sugar rush, then you will crash and need a nap!
