Intimidating behaviour, criminal damage, drinking alcohol in public and to excess, use of foul language, playing music far too loud and being a general nuisance. We used to live in a street with all the above and more, I wish someone would have done something to help us I was so scared I hardly ever left the house ( I was 22).

Any behaviour which another person finds unacceptable. This is obviously different for everyone. I for example don't find a large group of youths stood on the street corner menacing or worrying, but to an elderly person they may feel intimidated and unable to walk through/past them.

It's something that causes a nusance for others. It's a bit of a vague thing which is why we have ASBOs, if it were easy to define there would be laws, and people doing it would be convicted and fined or otherwise punished.

Causing someone else pain or discomfort for the pure joy of it. Most of the time there is a purpose for it.
