Yes, you can apply for scholarships while attending college. There are scholarships out there for students already attending college. Some are associated with the college itself while some are national in nature. If you apply now, you will probably only find scholarships for the next academic year not next semester. Apply for any scholarship you match the characteristics of no matter the amount. I recommend using several different free membership search websites to locate them. Good luck!
