porrige in the week boring but it gives u loads of energy and is very good for you!then on the weekend for a treat i would have a wholemeal muffin with scrambled egg and bacon.mmm yummy thats my fav!but if i'm hungover the best brekkie is a full english minus the beans i don't really like them!

weekday breakfast has got to be cereal toast and a yogurt (the classic) mainly cus i have no time in the morning
and at weekends a fry up
with eggs,beans,sausage, hash browns etc

A big bowl of cereal with a mixture of all the cereals in the cuboard and then crumpets or hot cross buns with lots of butter and honey...yummy!

Gotta be breakfast sandwiches: sausages, bacon and eggs in french bread with ketchup. Can't beat it after a night on the lash!!!

Scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, whole-meal toast, baked beans and hot pepper sauce. I like spicy. Wow!

My favorite is biscuits and gravy with scrambled tofu. THe gravy should be a "Country style" gravy with ground up veggie sausage in it!! YUM!!
oh and insane amounts of orange juice.
Oh, and if you're Brittish, you should know I'm American.. so "Biscuit" is a savory bread item similar to a scone. We eat them drowned in gravy for breakfast in the Southern U.S.

grits with butter and cheese, scrambled eggs with spinach, ground turkey, and cheese, sausage or bacon, an orange, some strawberries, and a good cup of coffee with butter pecan creamer.
