No, they're a knock off brand that advertises false/tweaked information about their cameras. Example, they say it's 8mp but really it only supports 3mp and 15x zoom is really just the optical and digital multiplied.
I'm gonna say one that wasn't thought about, I LOVE canon and Fujifilm cameras. Nikons are good, but not like those two.

I have heard of Sony, Pentax, Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Sigma.
Buy a name brand unless you enjoy wasting your money.
