use the top of the head 4-5" from the eyebrows. That is the thickest part of the skull, but be careful though it only decreases the chance of a concussion it don't prevent them. Rebel T

This is dangerous, and much easier on a non-moving target, but you need to use the point, in the front of your head, where they come togehter, much like an arch at the top of an old doorway.

You just need to remember to use the center of your forehead against the bridge of your opponent's nose -- it may still hurt you some, but it'll hurt him (or her -- I'm not prejudiced!) a lot more...
