you actually hurt your body and metabolism by not eating and that is why most diets fail because your body thinks you are starving and starts to break down muscle and actually triggers your body to gain weight. So eating something is better than not eating at all. Just eat the chips in moderation and start packing fruit or a healthier snack for the midday munchies. Drinking a glass of water before you eat is always a good way to fill up that hunger too.

i would suggest bringing something healthy with you like an apple so u dont do either cause:
-not eating will make u so hungry later that u may just end up eating bad foods and more of it later
-eating the bad food could cause you to gain weight since most quick snacks are full of preservatives and fat

substitute! eat something your body would think is bad for you but it really isnt. if you're craving a burger get a lean turkey burger (they taste great) or a veggie burger on a whole wheat bun with lots of veggies...if ur craving fries get a baked potato or sweet potato fries instead etc etc. each time you feel hungry try to drink a glass of water first, sometimes ur body mistakes thirst for hunger and 8 ounces of water should do the trick.

It's good if you eat the bad stuff in moderation and it helps you not pig out and overdo it later on calories because you have waited too long to eat.

no its allways important to eat, even if its bugs (which actually have high protein, and are a food delicacy in Australia), if you don't eat your body starts eating itself for energy and you end up bleeding and tearing up your insides. If you eat junk food eat a small amount to keep you full, then get home and eat healthy

eat high protein lean meats and stay away from snacks that say "low-fat"
snack on a myoplex protein bar instead and train hard
