This is the order:

1) Floss - loosens particles b/f brushing

2) Brush - helps remove build-up and the loose particles in number 1

3) Mouthwash - The right m/w will help eliminate bad bacteria in the mouth

You should brush first, because if you miss something there's a good chance that the mouthwash would get rid of th rest for you. Hope this helps.
