Ab machines, situps, cruches, leg lifts and any other gimmicks or gadgets don't help you lose stomach fat. Your metabolism rate is not high enough during these exercises to eliminate the belly fat your trying to target. I had a fat belly for years. It's not as a effective as the tv/magazines show it. I own it and had SOME results nothing major. My theory is that ALL exersize machines will work, unless you dont do it or just use it a clothing rack (:

if you want rock hard abs you must work all parts of the abs... obliques and all

a better investment is a gym membership
