Feeling this way doesn't make you crazy - in fact, there are lots of meds and therapies out there that can help deal with the root cause of your problems, and then make you feel better. You DESERVE that, and the people in your life who care about you deserve the chance to get to know the real you, don't you think?

It's difficult to read your entry, but I think I've got the gist of it.

You keep making changes in your life, and when you do, it hurts people. This makes you upset because you care about them and don't want to cause them any pain.

You are not crazy.

Everyone has to make changes in their lives, it is necessary for your life to make progress. Sometimes people are hurt, and they can deal with that, they will be okay. If there is a personal problem with you, then those who really love you will stand by you. Those who don't will move on.
You do not have to go into a state of guilt where you being to hate yourself and fall into depression.
You have to remember that you matter, and you are worth while. Other people aren't the only ones getting hurt, you are too. Take time to take care of yourself and love yourself. Things will turn out okay in the end.

Good luck, and I hope this helped.

Perhaps you could consider looking into SELF-ESTEEM SELF HELP websites? You can do a yahoo search for these.

If you feel your problems are too large for you to cope with on your own, please do consider a therapist.

You are not crazy... and i don't understand why you "feel bad for all the people " who care about you. You are a UNIQUE AND WORTHWHILE pesron, and you DESERVE GOOD THINGS! that's all there is to it!

We all have issues and problems; however that makes us human... and normal. Hon, do what you need to in order to find a better way. You are woth it.

Who is it that hates their self?

What you dislike is the image you have of who you are. However it's an image, not who you really are, just an image that isn't you.

Find out who is suffering. Who is feeling bad?
