Anything is possible. Some people who are 17 are very thoughtful and thought provoking. Some people who are 50 have the mentality of a 2-year-old.....LOL @ Zilla! That is a long copy/paste! You really meant it!!!!!!

I would probably believe you since you have no reason to lie to me. And even if you were lying to me there is no gain there.

If you are 17, then you can drive.
If you are not 17 but actually younger, Then you may be driving illegally which would be a gain. If you are not 17 but actually older, then you actually lose privaleges like voting and possibly buying alcohol and cigarettes.

The only reason (IMO) to lie and say that you are 17, would be to drive when you really cant. I am not able to give you that ability, so you have no reason to lie to me. Ergo, I believe that you are 17.

"What if I was only seventeen.......would you believe me?"

Since you aren't saying that you are telling me you are seventeen, but writing a statement that you are seventeen. I would really have no reason not to believe you. But No, I still wouldn't believe you because this is the internet.

While I would not be able to verify the statement, it is not a claim that is all that extraordinary. The claim is believable without you having to provide evidence.

Spiritual knowledge has nothing to do with age. Even if you are ten and tell me something convincing I will believe you.

Why should I disbelieve if some one says that he or she is 17? I think you must be a 'religious' liar.
