But, to make you happy....... Call a Personal Injury Attorney.
They will tell you if you have a case.
Or, take your meds.... either one will work

Why did they stop the car? Why would the police pick on you and not the driver? So give true details before you can get a real answer.

when a police officer uses more force than is necessary, it is called excessive use of force........cops get fired and in severe cases, arrested themselves for something like that....
once a suspect is in handcuffs.....a police officer is not allowed to use any further force.....the whole reason they use force is to get people in handcuffs when they resist arrest.......
i would consult an atourney....if that doesn't work, contact the FBI at their website.....every day FBI Special Agents arrest a handful of cops over things like this.....
........i cannot believe the level of corruption in law enforcement today......

Tho I seriously doubt it went down as you say it did, keep in mind the cars are also equipped with cameras.....
Go and file a FORMAL complaint against the officer, in writing at the station....keep a copy and note who you spoke to and when....then follow up.
BTW, you say they assaulted you with their "weapons"....
what "weapons" did they use? Remember too, that it is against the law to file a false report.

i beleive it. IT DOES HAPPEN. get an attorney. my younger HANDICAPPED brother was assaulted by the police. but they had no reason to assault the other passengers in the vehicle. my little brother was bruised and scraped onhis arms and face from being knocked down to the ground and he couldnt protect himself because one of his arms does not function AT ALL. cant' say more, have been in the legal process for a year now so far.
so hire an attorney. who will hire a private investigator. better have some GOOD evidence though. i think cops and judges stick together, its usually their word against yours. so good luck.

Get a big pot of money and then find ways to make yourself believe it will be enjoyable to waste it!!!
Not only does it sound like you are prepared to waste a large sum on a waste of time but you fail to realize that when your action fails the police officer can sue you and would win - then he gets any money you do have left!!!!

I highly doubt this. No police officer is that stupid as to assault a person in handcuffs. Barring of course, you were attempting to assault them.
