Costco and Sam's Club have been selling them for pretty good prices. I would check there or their web sites.

When we've had movie nights at church we rent a theater-style popcorn popper. There are popcorn-maker rental places in most bigger cities and they rent different size makers. Look in your yellow pages under popcorn or search online in your city. If you want one permanently, I'd eBay it--but shipping will be a killer from an individual seller. Shipping deals are often better from companies and I'm sure there are popcorn-maker companies online you could buy from. But I'm betting it would get expensive.
