I really need them for myself because I am constantly having health problems weekly and she can't pray for me all the time.

The gift of power doesn't come from an impartation from a pastor it comes by fasting and prayer. When Jesus died we then (all of us) became eligible for power to heal the sick and raise the dead. Jesus told the disciples these miracles I have done but you'll do greater. Start fasting, praying and searching out scriptures on healing and health. God Bless.

You need to ask Him, not her.
And as long as you mentioned your pastor's gender, why are you going to a church involved in the unbiblical practice of having a female shepherd?
No wonder you have none of the spiritual gifts! You don't read your Bible !
The only churches that might be allowed to have a female pastor would be one with an all-female congregation, such as Lydias in Philippi (Acts 16).

It wouldn't do any good. No one has "spiritual gifts" or abilities today. Those gifts were limited to the Jesus, the apostles and certain people the apostles granted the power to. However, the gifts could not be "passed on" to anyone except by the apostles.
Miracles, prophesies and other spiritual gifts ceased to exist long ago.

This is the common heresy of the Charismatic movement.
During Pentecost, the blessed Holy Spirit came mightily upon the disciples in Acts ch2. Following that, shadows and handkerchief may be used to heal.
Subsequently, the gift of healing was withdrawn as shown
1) Php 2:27 For indeed he (Epaphroditus) was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
2) the Apostle Paul did not heal, as he advised Timothy.....
1Ti 5:23 Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.
and especially in his last letter
3) 2Ti 4:20 Erastus abode at Corinth: but Trophimus have I left at Miletum sick.
Seek and beseech God to heal your sins, not your physical body.

i been sick for 33 years and no hand of god has come down to save me
maybe i have to do it my self, with the occasional help from others

Try something real. Go to a doctor they might be able to help. But i suspect that you need a special doctor called a psychiatrist.
