Do all milk products/protiens contain casien?

My son is showing a few signs of autism, so we're considering the gluten/casien free diet...One of his favorite drinks is Pediasure. I know it contains Milk Protein, erego the question I have. All help with this question will be greatly appreciated.

yes...unless it has been removed specifically, which I've never seen in the US
