you'd have to have the official tax forms and your official notices [1099s, etc] about your 2007 income.

And, Congress hasn't officially finished "fixing" the taxes for 2007, so the forms aren't available.

So, while there will likely be such firms come January, there aren't any who'll give you money this week on your 2007 refund.

No. That's because the W-2s won't be mailed until January and there is no way to calculate a refund.
