I have sent a Polaroid LCD TV to Poland but they don't know how to change it from MTS to PALM system.?

MTS system works in the USA and PALM in Europe. Please, let me know how they could make the TV work in the PALM system. Model of the unit is FLM-3232 and was made in October 2006.

You probably mean NTSC.

Unless the TV was designed to support PAL, there is nothing they can do except ship it back to you!
