This is a real experience I had with police officers and probation officers, even though the experience was really bad and sad it is ABSOLUTELY true. These police officers decided to pull me over and said I didnt have a drivers license and I did because I got my drivers license a week before they even pulled me over. then they told me to park in an area where there was NO ONE. If they wanted to arrest me for driving while license revoked, they could have arrested me right there on the spot. So they come to my car and tell me to "get out" cause I was under arrest, I told them I did have a so they charged me with resisting, cause i pushed them off of me they charged me with assualt on govt. official, and driving with license susepended. I called them Iiars when they took me to jail so 5 probation officers decided to chain my hands and legs. pulled my hair back and forth, punched me in the head multiple times, sprayed maze into my eyes. I fear my life now cause I dont trust these pepole.

Uh?

I answered this already. What are you looking for?

Well, you story seems very unlikely.

If you have a valid license, they are NOT going to arrest you.

And why were probation officers at the police station?

And if they beat you this bad you would be injured.

Call a lawyer........... Or take your meds.... its your only two options.

pull the other one! LOL

I am no lover of the police and believe the cop on the Simpsons is the closest thing to real police I have seen.

So when I have to side with them you know you are full of it.

1) Why? Why would multiple police officers do this to someone who was compliant?

2) They could have had you pull your vehicle off the road so that it could be parked rather than towed…say thank you officer.

3) When you push them that is assault and you can and will be charged with that.

4) Why when you go to the jail where there probation officers there. Usually they work out of a different office and don’t handle the jail. They handel the probation cases.

5) Why did this new group of people treat you as the arresting officers did if you where compliant?

I guess it was a conspiracy against you?

If you ever go to Italy go to this town of Piza. From your perspective all of the buildings in town will be leaning but 1.

you pushed a cop. are you going to sit there and tell me that pushing a cop is a smart, productive, beneficial thing to do? You realize that he has probably been in some pretty hairy situations that you don't know about. He has the right to arrest you, sorry. If you think he made a mistake with your license then you need to discuss it with your public defender. the truth would have come out. You would be free and on your way, and those cops would be reprimanded. Instead you get charged for assault before you resorted to violence. I know I know it was all because your a minority or they didn't like the way you looked. Just the fact that you pushed one cop in front of another makes me question your intelligence, honesty and decision making capacity. I think your withholding info about this event. Did you have several prior convictions or a warrant? You sleep in the bed you make.

And now for the rest of the story. . .
after being pulled over for any number of reasons the driver was asked to show a drivers license and proof of insurance. Upon not being able to present a drivers license and running a background check that showed this individual was on parole for whatever offense the individual was asked to step out of the vehicle. At this point the individual started verbally abusing the police officers and when they asked him to turn around and put his hands behind his back he shoved a police officer and had to be wrestled to the ground. He then was placed in the back of the police car where he kicked the door and window and spit on the windows and at police officers. Upon arriving at the police station the individual continued resisting arrest and was verbally abusive and as a result to their lack of cooperation they "fell down" and had to be maced. The individual is now contacting a lawyer to sue the police department and the city.

This reads like an episode of Cops. I believe it.

He basically admits to everything he is charged with, and instead of straightening out a simple administrative error about the license, escalated it into a full scale brawl.

But I am guessing there is more - he was probably pulled over for suspicion of something else, has a long record, and meth was found in the car. At east that is how it always goes on Cops. :)

You need to keep your cool in situations like that. You are probably screwed now. Its gonna be your word against theirs. If you had a valid license, it would have came to light eventually, and the case would have been dropped. It is not looking good for you right about now, I am sorry.

Apparently they beat the ability to spell out of you.

Jeez, first the cops are using pepper spray and now they are using corn ("maze"). Crazy times huh?

Probation officers dont get involved until someone is being released from custody. Sounds like a great fairy tale you are writing.

Your story has changed since your last post. Looks like you're rehearsing for a lawsuit.
