I had blood work done about 2 months ago. Doctor told me liver was normal & so was everything else he checked for too (thyroid etc.) but I still get frequent symptoms of headaches, feeling lethargic & nausea. I told him about the headaches and he suggested I try a night mouth gaurd to see if that helps get rid of them. I tried one of the store kinds that you heat in boiling water for a minute or 2 then mold it to fit one's mouth but it didn't work, I still get the frequent headaches, have a bad headache right now :( and I still get the fatigue and nausea too. I noticed these symptoms all started when my digestive issues started and at the same time I was having gallbladder issues. I didn't know it, but at the time I started to get all my symptoms my gallbladder had become blocked with gallstones & was causing severe sharp pains frequently esp after eating fried foods. My gb was removed but I still get the headaches, lethargy & nausea. Could these be due to having a liver problem?

I would not have thought so. People with Liver problems in most cases tend to loose a fair amount of weight/and their eye-balls/skin can turn a yellowy colour. I have Thyroid problems and will be on medication for the duration, but do not have your type of systems. My best advice is ask your doctor for a more thorough examination and perhaps a Bar-em Meal X Ray may show something. Best of Luck

Congestive heart failure and pneumonia are possibilities. No and yes to them being terminal since both can kill an elderly or greatly debilitated patient. It all depends on their overall health and what is causing the problem. Both are survivable also. I have had pneumonia at least 5 times myself. There are different types of pneumonia. Congestive heart failure occurs when the heart is just not pumping well enough to circulate everything throughout the body like it should and fluid will accumulate in the lungs. There are treatments for this also. This is often times a chronic condition that will come and go in those that have this problem. If it gets bad enough, it can be fatal. People that die will get this prior to dying as the heart fails more and more.

your doctor already told you your liver was normal, the lab tests proved that. The fatigue and nausea are likely due to the fact that you haven't changed your diet since you had your gb out. You body cannot deal with the fats you used to eat, and obviously still do, you are putting toxins into your blood and body and they are causing your nauea fatigue and headaches. Cut your fat intake to less than 10% of your total intake and you will find yourself feeling much better.

they could be due to liver problems but then there could be a number of reasons for them, for example you could be anaemic. have you had tests for diabetes?? if its a liver problem then you may notice yellowing of the skin. If your not happy with your doctors diagnosis then i would suggest seeking another opinion. see if you can have an appointment with another docotr to put your mind at rest, and dont worry about offending your current doctor as you are entitled to a second opoinion!! good luck!

If liver and thyroid are normal, stop looking for trouble there. Have a hormone panel run.

Try Dr. Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He heals for free - the only requirement is ... faith in Him.
Read Mark's Gospel Chapter 5:25-34

If you had liver problems they would have shown up in your blood work. Also, your urine would be very dark and smelly.
Maybe it's stress related?
