if i recieved a speeding ticket 90 days ago and had 90 to return my papers saying i completed my defensive driving class but have not done so because of a 3-4 week delay in recieving papers to send to my court, what do i do. i mean i will miss the due date and a warrant will be issued for my arrest, but i think it is ridiculas, what do i do. should i call and explain my situation to the judge, i am a student and work every weekend. if they refuse to accept my defensive driving course stuff, what will happen to me, will they really come and arrest me over the thing, or can i just pay a late fee or something along the lines of that

Pay the money to get an attorney. Most will review your case for free.

Go to the office where you pay a ticket and tell them what you told us. Take documentation of when you received the papers. They can probably postpone the court date.
