Hello There!!
First of all let me congratulate you on your effort in fitness.
Regarding your question, you'll get benefits no matter when you do your exercise, as long as you do it.
BUT, there is an advantage in working out in the morning, since as mentioned, your metabolism will be fired up the whole day. I've noticed a big difference in how my body feels when I workout in the morning. I'm more alert, have more engergy, and I'm hungry every 2 hours (a sign of a faster metabolism).
Every Body is different, so play around with it and see how you feel. Don't forget to take supplements, when you eat.
Keep un the great work!!!
may the force be with you.

You should work out at whatever time of day is most convenient and most comfortable for you according to your own daily schedule. You could workout BEFORE dinner. When you get your 30 minutes of aerobic exercise and the body has exhausted glycogen and moved on to burning fat, there is a window of time where you can eat pretty much whatever you want and not have to worry about it getting stored in the body as fat. As soon as you take it in the body will use it up. This will also help to replenish your glycogen in your muscles, too.

after breakfast.
exercising in a fasted state is the best way to lose both fat and muscle. the intensity of training dictates the increase in the resting metabolic rate after exercise, when real fat loss occurs not during the actual training session. you can not exercise at a high level of intensity with low blood sugar, it's physilogically impossible.
attempting to target fat loss during exercise is a waste of time. an increased metabolic rate is how you get lean and stay lean

Before breakfast. Exercising after a fast of several hours causes the body to burn more fat than at any other time. But, remember to eat breakfast soon after.

I guess it's good anytime.
After dinner, it may even be better, if you are not very active after your last meal of the day...
