Other than the obvious, what else can we do besides keeping it warm, my brother will be there 24/7, my mom will be upstairs. What else will help him be comfortable and have a chance at recooping too.

He is 70, they are not sure of the cause, but it occurred 2 months ago after abdominal aorta surgery. He now has dementia, confusion and is bed ridden, but will attempt to get up from time to time. He weighs next to nothing.

What is he recovering from? It would help if we knew what is wrong with him so we could offer specific advice.

you don't say how old he is, but medicare will often provide for home health care, check it out.
