NEUTER HIM ASAP!!!

If it's more than a minor difference in size then see your Vet! If it's necessary he'll advise on neutering him. Some males are more susceptible to testicular cancer if they have a marked difference and having lost a dog to this I can tell you it's not pleasant for either dog or owner! It's the reason I now have all my male dogs neutered asap!

One mention of testicles and the Neuter police come out in force! If there is only a small difference in size, it's perfectly normal. If you are worried, take him to the vet but if you are not having any problems with him and he doesn't live with an entire female there is absolutely no need to have him neutered.

I wouldn't have thought it would be problem if it's only a small difference in size. Living things are not exactly symetrical. If it's quite obviously a lot larger then seek the advice of your vet. I'm not going to tell you to get your dog neutered as it's your choice and I'm not here to preach at you. Some people get one whiff of dog genitalia questions and start preaching at you to neuter.

If its the same as most males it is quite normal, 30% difference in size, although if there is a major difference it is worth checking with the vet to make sure there are no blockages...

It may mean that one has not fully descended. By 7 months that should have happened. The dog should never be bred and should be neutered since this can cause future health problems and can be passed on to offspring.

Although it's fairly normal, the dog needs to be neutered.
