A while ago i smashed my truck into a siderail outside of a store. I wasnt goofing off or intoxicated, just looked down to grab something. When the police officer came to the scene and took eyewitness accounts this one girl who was a ***** made up this whole story about me driving like a madman around the parking lot and stuff, i didnt even know her or why she would do that. Later on i got a lawyer to represent me in the case and get it dropped from reckless endangerment to a minor traffic violation.

However the lawyer gave me a copy of all the eyewitness accounts and paperwork, some of which included personal information for that girl that tried to get me in more trouble. I have her and her friends phone number, address, full name and Date of birth.

I havent done anything yet but the temptation to call or harass her anonymously is really high.

So my question is, why is it so easy for me to see this stuff, dont they know some people would want revenge?

Because in America you have the right to confront your accuser. This means that it's much harder to make anonymous complaints about people.

It's also your duty to act like a responsible citizen, and not seek revenge on her, or harass her. You're expected to go on with your life.

If you really need to do something still, ask your lawyer if you have a case against her for filing false police reports, or maybe slander or libel. But odds are that even if you do win AND you're able to collect a judgment, you'll spend more for legal fees than you would gain in the case. You're probably better off to get on with your life.

I additionally found out that Lucifer substitute into Jesus' brother. maximum stunning of all substitute into once I chanced on God produced the two one in each and every of them by potential of having intercourse together with his spouse/one in each and every of his different halves. i be responsive to this may appear blasphemous to many human beings bit it rather is real. God DOES have intercourse! Angels have intercourse too.

it probably isnt' the police that did that...it's the laywer that should know better...but honestly hun, dont' harrass her or anything...i know its tempting but dont do anything that can get YOU into more trouble...its not worth it...if you gotta relieve yourself just the taddest bit, wait until the trial is over (cuz they use it against you) and just send her a letter that says you didnt appreciate her lying on you and that it really has impacted your life...but dont go runnin off the mouth like 'u b***' and blah blah...just clear your head and conscious on your own before you do that..cuz its too risky

Because all of that is part of a legal proceeding that you were involved in, you have a right to see the information. However, using it inappropriately could get you in trouble. Get over your issues and leave these people alone.

No... and DON'T do it !!
Ridiculous as it may be...informants/witness information
is often made available to the "accused".
There have been people killed for "snitching"...all
made possible by the easy availability of such info.

The accused also always has the right to confront their
accuser in the US of A.
