When will the world end?

According to so many millions of people over many years, the world is going to end... isn't it kind of funny it hasn't yet? The thing is, it will end when mankind decides to use it's brain to the worst possible extent. God won't end the world, mankind will.

The Mayan calender prophesies the world will end in Dec 21st 2012. Nostradamus also predicts the same around the same time frame. No one knows when the world will end or whether the prophecies are true, but we are vulnerable to natural and cosmic disasters and the fact that man on his own destructive path will probably put an end to his own misery way before the latter. I think we can already see the beginning of the end. We are slowly killing the planet we live on and perhaps not in my life time or yours but in the very near future life will be quite different perhaps even miserable so in those terms one could say that the end of the world has already started.

No man will know the day. It will end when all prophecy in Revelation has been fulfilled. If you really study this book, you could conclude that we are indeed in these "end times", and that the clock is counting down. Some say the world will end in 2012, but that is all superstition based on a Mayan calender and a phony prophecy from Nostradamus. Trust the Bible for all your end time predictions.

The world will end 1 of 2 ways:
1. When you die.
2. When the sun dies.
Even if humans "destroy" the world, there will always be survivors and the race will go on from that point living in a "new world". Otherwise, see above.

The end is coming and sooner than you think. The bible gives many signs. The next major sign of the coming end will be the utter destruction of Damascus Syria, the oldest existing city in history. Not one stone will be left upon another.

Now might be a good time to seriously consider that free gift of salvation offered by Jesus. You don't want to wait too long.

We are living in the 6th vial, in Rev 16.

Following the destruction of Babylon the great, mother of harlots in (Rev 17 & 18); the Beast and the False Prophet will be confined to the lake of fire (Rev 19), then the devil will be confined there (Rev 20); then the world will end.

Someday the sun will flicker and die or explode, and the world will end. When will life on the earth end? I don't know, but I'd bet it will be before the planet itself either is blown to bits or wanders off into space.

If you want a religious answer, nobody knows. The Bible says the end will come "as a thief in the night."

I guess in the final analysis, you have to live as if you were going to live for another 50 years, or as if you were going to die before sundown.

If you are asking about the world we live in - the earth - there is a definite possibility that at the rate the sun is cooling - it may take millions of years unless man doesn't end it earlier.
I hope I don't live to see either way it ends.
