I've had a cold/flu thing for almost a week now, am feeling well enough to go to work, butdo you thikn i could still be contagious??

I still have a chesty cough, and headaches...some aches...Just got an ear infection too, to top it all off!!

Only a couple of days, but I don't recommend breathing on people or letting others drink after you, just in case.

You'll want to make sure that you don't continually use a cup that you used while sick as well, because you can spread flu germs back onto yourself. I don't mean get a new cup after every sip, but don't drink from the same cup for 3 weeks or anything.

the flu lasts up to three weeks, you can spread it as long as you have any symptoms, do yourself and your co-workers a favor and stay home until you are completely well.

you are probably still infected since you are still getting aches and pains...when the pains and fever are both gone u r good to go....stay home, do your co workers a favor.
