I'm going to the gym soon, what equpiment is best for toning my stomach?

Use one of the bigger balls they have and do crunches. By using the ball you have to balance and you'll hit a whole range of stomach muscles you wouldn't use with any one machine.

In my case crunches gave great results. Just do a lot but don't start out with too much. Keep in mind you are developing a habit so don't stress yourself out right away in the beginning. You can do them on an exercise mat or with a crunch ball (better). Or add up a few more crunches even on bed an hour before you sleep. Plus running/jogging really helps! Toning the stomach is something not a lot of exercise machines are of a big help but aided more by plain body exercises.

If you are going to the gym situps, crunches, ab balls, ab rollers, ab machines, and any other gadgets won't get you the best results. You need full body exercises that stimulate the greatest hormonal and metabloic changes within your body. Direct ab exercises won't burn the fat off your stomach. "toning" is the same thing as increasing muscle definition and that only comes from decreasing the body fat percentage. skeletal muscle is always tone, so it is physiologically impossible to tone muscle. subcutaneous fat stores must be reduced to see the true shape of skeletal muscle. this is accomplished by cleaning up the diet, eating mainly whole foods and exercising at a high level if intensity to excite the metabolic rate.

Use more than one equipment for toning your stomach quickly.
