The NAZIs did.
I don't know what a "fundie" Christian is...maybe one who soliticts funds?..anyway a Christian would not have dehumanized or degraded Jewish folks as they are the 'race' from which Jesus came.

It was not "fundie Christians". Almost all religious groups acquiesced to the Nazi assault on Jews. Not that it did them much good. Along with the @ 6 million Jews in the camps, there were another 6 million Gentiles (many religious people) also put away to be "disposed of".
Germans, in general, kept silent about the atrocities during the Nazi regime. It hardly was just the "fundie Christians", except to people who have their own Nazi-like agenda of degrading people because of their beliefs.

i don't know if the fundamentalist christians joined the nazis overtly but yeah, the nazis sure did. it was a lesson learned well from the english before, during and after colonization. first, de-humanize the target group. then, secondly, all else coming comes in easy and socially accepted. the nazi/german concentration camps were also copied from the brits, sad to say. hilter and his bunch absolutely loved england, their history and copied all that they saw bigger, better, best within. they loathed to go to war with them (and the usa). their propaganda films were designed by copying americans flicks. the nazi directors of film were graduates of sorts from the american film studies. many worked in hollywood before going home. things didn't work out as the germans planned but then few things ever do!

Yes they did. And Americans did the same to Germans and Japanese. In times of war, many means are used to dehumanize the enemy. This makes it less difficult for soldiers on our side to kill soldiers on their side

Josef Goebbels was a master of anti-Semitic propaganda, including cartoons. This insidious propaganda - we have a lot of it in America today - helped German citizens with their consciences before, during and after the Holocaust.

Yes, they did. I won't blame Christians. Just people.
This is one reason I'm against all jokes that have some group as a target. The first step is to ridicule people through harmless jokes and making them so popular that people start to believe the jokes. Then it just goes on and on until it's eventually OK to kill them.
