If you feel maybe you've turned pride into bragging, try to set a limit. Ok, you walk into work, and are just bursting at the seams to talk about Jr.s new development and how cute he was playing yesterday and... Stop and set yourself to a few minutes of talk and then break. Bring them up a few hours later for a few minutes. Practice this until you find, you really CAN open your mouth without blurting out a fact about your children, and your conversations will improve!
