There is a combination of supplements you can take that will work to improve circulation and prevent heart disease as well.
L-arginine 4grams a day
L-citruline 500 mg a day
Vitamin C 500 mg a day
Vitamin E 200 IU a day
Folic acid 400 mg a day
Alpha lipoic acid 10mg a day

This combination works synergistically to increase levels of nitric oxide in the body. nitric oxide is used by the body to restore the walls of blood vessels there by improving circulation and preventing plaques from builing up to occlude them.
All must be taken for any to work properly.
I get mine online at www.LifeExtension.com, but these supplements are available in any supplement store as well.
I got the information from a book titled NO more heart disease, written by a doctor of biochemistry Louis Ignarro. He won a nobel prize for his work in this area.

Depending on your health, mild to heavier cardio workouts will increase you heart strength.
Feet are the first to get cold because they are the furtherest from the heart.
U're heart is a muscle and unless it gets exercise, it gets weak from disuse, like arms or legs. If u sit a lot and do no lifting of anything heavier than a can of greenbeans, lol, the arms get weaker.
Same is true w/ the heart, if tv is primary form of exercise, heart will weaken and u will get less warming blood in ur extremities. Eventually, it will fail early, from lack of exercise.
Raisig ur heart rate and keeping it raised, for 45 minutes to an hour, at least 3 times a week will do it and u will feel wondrefully invigorated, very quickly. Try walking or riding a bike or go to a gym and do a little weight training in conjunction w/ light cardio workout (treadmill, step machine...)
There are lots of videos u can purchase w/ easy to heavy workouts, in your own home.
Good luck, it worked for me, bet it will for u ;)

If you do not exercise that is the solution! I would probably bet that you do not get your heart rate up much. It's a fact of life and really most people hate it, but you need to exercise. I PROMISE, once you get through the first 2 weeks of doing this, you will NOT want to stop. Do NOT wait for motivation..... IT will never come!!!! You just HAVE to DO IT!!!!! Good luck with your journey!!!

Keep relocating and workout. Keep your blood sugar good-managed. There is a tremendous hyperlink among peripheral move and top blood sugar, so sure, you're at chance for gangrene in case your blood sugar is out of control. And such a lot importantly, talk about this together with your healthcare professional.

Have you ever considered getting tested for anemia? This is one of the first signs - cold feet. If you take iron tablets, that will help a bit. Good luck.

Exercise is a really great way to get the blood pumping and warming your body, especially the extremities that are far away from your heart.

You had a lot of good advice to exercise. However, I recommend you get a check-up. My thyroid condition effects my bodies thermostat... there are several other conditions that can impact your bodies ability to stay warm.

So see your doctor to find out if there are medical reasons for your problem.
