Very illegal. The law states you can have your picture taken in places where you would reasonably expect to be seen. You have a right to live in your home without having your picture taken. Also, if you went on their property to take the picture you could be charged with trespassing.

You better hope that your neighbors don't press charges because there could be some severe consequences for you. Especially since in this day and age of privacy concerns over photos on the internet, no judge is going to go light on you.

If you put those pictures on the net and the neighbors find out they can sue and you could say bye to your home.

You have rights, but you have to respect the rights of others.

Detectives are smart enough to know when taking photos are legal and when they are illegal. That's why they take the photos from their cars on the road and only of people entering a home, not actually inside the house.

Everybody is involved approximately unlawful immigration. Wait a minute, no longer unlawful immigration, however unlawful immagration from Mexico. Why you've forgotten approximately your northern acquaintances. There are many unlawful Canucks right here within the United States and plenty of of them make six determine salaries. If I used to be american, which I am just a lighter color of brown, I could be involved approximately the ones loopy Canadians casting off the ones prime paying jobs. Lets construct yet another wall on our northern border and particularly preserve ourselves. Lets face it the natural Mexican that crosses illegally is deficient, however they do jobs that you simply or I could by no means do. Try deciding on tomatoes I did that for one hour and think me no Anglo used to be operating at my part. So, the following time you move pay your gardener seem at his face. It's mostly a Mexican. I find it irresistible whilst I move to a Chinese resturant and I seem within the kitchen for the chefs and they're Mexican. For all of the hate their is, we Mexicans will most effective paintings and ship cash to Grandma no longer worrying what you consider due to the fact that it doesn't matter what that is our nation and you'll by no means do away with us. Long are living Mexico and no one else. Oh and the well historic U.S. of A.Land of the loose. Unless your Mexican

It has always been illegal to invade the privacy of others. You are not supposed to be taking pictures of your neighbors through their front windows. You could be charged with any number of offenses, ranging from invasion of privacy to being a peeping Tom. Private detectives do regularly use photographic evidence for catching cheating spouses, but they are limited by law to taking pictures only in public places and many of these photos are not admissable in court.

Um...how about a huge invasion of privacy? I think that this may be the most stupid question I've ever read... Anyone with common sense knows that taking pictures without the persons knowlegde is wrong at best. If you were to post these pictures on the internet, they could sue you. I will say it is safe to assume if you're stupid enough to take pictures of people through their front window, you are definitely too stupid to make enough money to afford a lawsuit.

If they were outside, you could take a picture but once they go inside...that is private space and you can't take pictures without their permission. How would you like it if you were in your house undressing and a neighbor was taking your picture?...The only reason you could take a picture of someone inside their home is if it were someone were standing inside flashing people as they went by...or some other illegal act.

Since when do you have a right to invade someone's privacy? It sounds really creepy to me, I'd call the police, also. Its one thing to take a picture of your neighbors house its quite another to take a picture of them through their window.

That is illegal. You are invading their privacy for one.
You have no right to take a photo inside their house. Would you want someone taking a photo inside your house from the outside? They probably think you are a perv and you are proving them possibly correct.
Apologize. Delete the photo. Bring them flowers or a gift.
Apologize. Stop it.

Photos of their house/outbuildings/lot _that can be clearly seen from the street_ are legal.
Photos of anything inside said buildings, taken without their explicit permission, would be invasion of privacy.
This would include photos taken _through_ their front windows.
