It does sound like a seizure. Please go to your vet - there is medication available for dogs who seize, and if that's what's happening with your dog, then you need to be prepared. I hope all will turn out well for you. good luck!

My cat did this. Prior to walking in circles, one day she just turned oddly and her legs rose upward. I assumed that she'd had a stroke. The vets, I took her to, 2 or 3 did not know what was wrong. She then had more episodes. One day she stared walking in circles in only one direction. I'd cover her eye with my hand to direct her to the kitty litter. Her symptoms progressively got worse, I picked her up, she had a violent seizure that through her from my arms. I took her to the vet and she was put down. Stacey Mae was 11 years old. I am explaining this to let you know that her suffering went on too long. It was too hard to part with her, but finally I had to do what was best for her, and not what I wanted. Please take your dog to a vet that will take payments. Perhaps there is something they can do for him. If not, you will need to make a difficult decision. Good Bless.

He's schizo!..Ok got that out of my system. Instead of telling those of us on YA, who may or may not be licensed veterinarians, you should be talking to YOUR vet, and describing the incident to him.
