Yeah I don't understand that trivia either because you don't don't do that through your mouth/nose like a sneeze! Plus a sneeze is pretty hard.
It doesn't make any sense to me...

i honestly have never heard that but it might be for some people. i do know that it's not one for me (i think) next time i sneeze i'll pay more attention to the lower regions....
