My reaction is that this is about Princess Diana. But from everyone elses I now assume it is a car.. Still yet I think I would keep this among your british friends because as an american I assumed it was about Princess Diana and was not impressed!

what is funny to some is not funny or may not even make sense to some. For example, a joke I consider extremely funny some others may not.
A masochist goes to a party along and sees everyone having sexual fun and going into different rooms for different purposes and is so bored he is about to leave when he spots a sadist who has just arrived. The masochist runs to the sadist and exclaims "I am glad you are here! lets go into another room and you can whip me, beat me, stomp on me and abuse me"
