i always see that an wonder if there is somthing wrong with my eyes, i also see what seem to be little swirls of yello and blue and green on the Tv after it is off.

The photons from the room light are exciting the phosphorus your picture tube is coated with, and a residual glow is the result, it fades over about 5-10 minutes. your eyes are fine, and so is your tv.

the eyes have two distinct receptors that receive light. one is used in the dark and in the bright. you can notice that when leaving the movie house. you could hardly see because it takes time before you use your other receptor.
