I do. I let people make up their own minds. But what I try not to do is try to placate when I need to grow too. Sometimes the truth can be difficult to bear. I don't mind stirring the pot, and I do not judge those who can;t take it. But if you read Romans 14, I shouldn't be judged either!!!!!!!

Paul was referring to how some Christians (Peter for example) disapproved of the eating of meat that was deemed unclean by Old Testament law. He was saying we shouldn't be worried about the law so much as long as we are faithfully following God. However, if you are in someone's presence that disapproves then you should refrain for their sake.
I believe that Christians should not be condemning and constantly pointing the finger at the sins of non-Christians. If a fellow Christian is sinning, then that is a different issue.
When it comes to certain Biblical issues, there are some that are important (virgin birth, eternal salvation, ressurrection of Christ, etc.) and there are some that fall under "legalism" and are not as important (10% tithe, which day to keep holy, to drink or not to drink, etc.). The important ones need to be hashed out and discussed because they are doctrinely important, while the others are not doctrinely important.

you will desire to no longer impose your ethical experience upon yet another Christian while it somewhat is a private decision difficulty which the Scriptures does not fairly state one place or the different. For an occasion utilising your Romans 14 occasion, one Christian would make certain that eating meat is misguided whilst yet another Christian sees no longer something incorrect eating a steak dinner. The Christian vegetarian shouldn't bypass judgement on the beef eating Christian and vice versa. we would desire to continuously submit to in suggestions that Jesus Christ died for the two the vegetarian and the beef-eater. the two have attitude to God via Christ.

Yahoo Answers is for learning and sharing knowledge.
As such, personally I try to only enter questions that are specifically asking for info that I have knowledge of, or one asking an opinion, simply so I cannot be accused of trying to "force' my belief on another. :)
And when my opinion differs, I say so by saying "personally" or something to that effect. :)
** I concur with MrMeyers, Tuberoot, Godshew, and the others whom are speaking "truth" :)

Indeed, but what about Romans 14:23?
Whatever "not of faith" is sin...Galatians 3:
The law is "not of faith"
Connect those biblical dots, and...
There ought to be a LAW...becomes the PROBLEM.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

The passage you refer to is directed to people who believe in Jesus as savior. That is why he is calling them "brother". He is not referring to people of different faiths or who believe in different gods.
Hosea 4:6
"My people perish for lack of knowledge!"

that chapter is pertaining to believers not unbelievers. because it says that we all will be before the judgment seat of Christ. only believers will go to the judgment seat of Christ.
