i blame the shoes and the pavement and never myself!!
just scream 'DAMN shoes' 'DAMN pavement' and dont feel embarrassed...
stilleto heels look fab but should carry a health and safety warning!!
I've twisted my ankle sooo many times but still wear them cause i'm a slave to fashion!!

Cringe internally but chuckle to the outside world! Luckily I haven't done this for a while and I now prefer wedges or chunkier heels.
The funniest time I have ever seen anything like that was when a friend of mine got her heel caught but she went flying and ended up lying on the floor with one shoe on and one shoe off. A very nice gentleman bent down, put her shoe back on and walked off. We absolutely p*ssed ourselves laughing for ages about that one!

That's happened to me before, in the middle of a busy street. I felt a real fool. I tend to wear wedge heels more now, and just wear stilettos if I haven't got to do much walking

I always bust my a*s when i'm in heels but hey things happen...everytime I fall I brust out laughing that way I don't feel so bad

I know what you mean. Only a couple of hours ago I was walking in town and tripped over the bloody pavement! Sick of embaressing myself lol!

No stress. It's okay. If the girls are your friends, you don't need to worry. If they are good friends that will stand up for you when you are in trouble. Don't worry. If they laugh at you, ignore them and act like you normally act. Act like yourself and they will stop teasing you. They are only teasing you because they wnat you to be miserable. Well, don't be. act like yourself and things well get better.

Yup i had that happen once so i just smiled and dealt with the embarrassment and from than on just try ed to be very careful not to do it again.

I hate it when that happens! Just laugh it off - then forget about it, you are not the only one it happens to but you can be the one that makes it no big deal.

I know isn't it embarrassing- i did it in the middle of London (Victoria tube station to be exact!!) and it was rush hour!
I felt like such a tit!!
