Islam is not the most widely accepted religion in the world.
Where ever did you find such false information? If anything it is becoming less accepted, as the West learns of it's teachings. Why do you think Islamics become so enraged when someone speaks up? They do not wish the truth to see the light of day. Actually, Islam is not even a religion, it is a political ideology.
Further more, when they go by the hits on Islamic knowledge websites and the sales linked to Qurans, (which some do) Those figures do not all reflect conversion numbers. They merely show the widespread curiosity regarding Islam post 9/11.
Show me tolerance in Islam. Show me the tolerance shown towards Christians as they are persecuted in the name of Islam.

Thanks but no thanks. I prefer free will. I prefer freedom of religion. I prefer the 21st century.
I prefer equality among the sexes.

People in today's world want control & power. This is what Islam offers to a degree. Everyone wants to be in control of their lives and feel as if they have a handle on things. No one wants to give that up. And in Christianity God is supposed to be in control and to top it it off Jesus is supposed to be Lord in your life. No one wants to surrender. In the Bible Jesus says to surrender all & follow him. That He's the way, the truth, & the life. To get to the Father you must come through Him, any other way then you're a thief & a robber.

Do you mean your world of USA is full of stupid people?
Most Americans who are converting as Muslims are highly intelligent people. They turned to be better scholars than born Muslims in west. Now these American Convert Muslims are preaching much better than ever before.
Here is a web site of a EX-CHRISTIAN PREACHER
now Muslim and preaching Islam in America

Listen to him and see if he is lying or telling the truth.

I'm afraid your statistics are a little off. While it *is* growing rapidly, it still hasn't caught up with Christianity. Christianity is the religion of approximately 33% (approximately 2.1 billion) of the world's population, while Islam accounts for about 21% (1.5 billion).
I personally don't care which one is "ahead," as I'm Jewish. However, I wasn't aware that it was a race. Islam is supposed to accept all "people of the Book," are they not? What happened to THAT?
