I've been putting on weight and managed to gather 2 stones. My body fat percentage remaied at 15%. How can i now loose this fat without losing my hard earned muscle?

Very high protein , very low carb diet.... or style of eating so to speak. also, high cardio workouts, if you dont hit the gym, then do power walking, outside or in a mall. I try to stay away from the whites!!! Bread, pasta, rice, sweets, potatoes... and concentrate on high protien foods, chicken, fish, beef.....

A combination of cardio work - walking at a fast pace for 30 minutes or even jogging a few times a week, and doing some weights 3 times a week. Im in the same situation and this is what my personal trainer recommends. Swimming is also great for toning up and giving that nice toned muscle defination. Also no softdrinks/sodas and cut right back on fast food. I know its all the same boring information that we get told but it is so true. Goodluck!

make sure you take in 2 grams of protein for every pound of body weight you have daily.
