Take it to the vet immediately. The acid could cause a lot of pain and damage if he's not looked at by a vet.

The acid in the battery, can cause severe damage! You need to get your dog to the vet immediately, and see what they can do !

Did he swallow the battery? If so, you need a vet right away. If not, get water down him to dilute the acid.

For future reference, when your dog (or other pet) does something such as this, please contact poison control IMMEDIATELY. They can tell you what to do right away to help minimize the damage to your dog. Second thing to do, get your dog to a vet ASAP.
