Do you mean in fake hair, like extensions? Well, if you're looking for good extensions, then go with Human hair, premium, silky hair is the best. And don't be afraid to ask to touch it, it should feel soft to the touch and have no odor, whatsoever. If you mean hair in general, "good quality" hair is soft, clean, and devoid of split ends. It doesn't have to be straight, it just has to be healthy and neat.
