I am 119 pounds, and 13 years old. I know this is a healthy weight, but I would feel so much more confident if I was thinner. I want to get to 105 pounds but healthily. How can I do this? Thanks x

eat every 3 hours !! yes its true !! it revs ur metabolism and keeps your lean muscle while you still lose ''fat'' .. 'depending on your hight ( if you're shorter than 5'3 ) you'll conmsume 1150 calories a day << if u werent active ( if u only did 10 minutes or 20 of exercise a day) if u exercise more .. make it 1200 !! here how it goes........

after 1 hr of wakening exactly (lets say.. u woke up 6:00)
before bF do some exercises for 10 minutes

7:00 BF-- should consist of 200 cals only EX: muesli or any healthy cereal + low fat milk

10:00 snack .. 100 cals

1:00 lunch 400 cals

4:00 snack 100 cals

dinner: 400 cals

ITS GREAT SIMPLE, AND NO STARVING REQUIRED ..
GO ON .. 3hourdiet.com YOU'LL HAVE MORE INFO ..
( BASED ON YOUR GOAL WEIGHT .. THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF CALORIES U SHOULD CONSUME AND NO LESS )

Hold on, here. You can't get confidence from how much you weigh. Not at all.
You don't say how tall you are, but you would have to be really short for 105 lbs. to be a healthy weight. That's too thin for most young women---which you're becoming.

If you have confidence problems, you need to talk to your parents (or an adult aunt, cousin, grandparent, teacher)...some adult you trust. You are not even CLOSE to being overweight, so if you weighed 95 lbs., you STILL wouldn't be more confident. Being a teen is tough. So many things going on----puberty, the stress of trying to "fit in" and be liked, etc.
Believe me.....these girls you go to school with....the ones that you envy (yes, you do).....hon, they have problems with confidence and low self-esteem, too. Don't be so hard on yourself.
Be good!

i'd say exercise, but do it to get fit, not do it to get thin. running is such a good way of getting time out form the stresses of work or college, it's good for you and it makes you thin. what more oculd you want than that?
