God has emotions like we have them. We are created in his image.
Yes, God hates satan. He’s the only one by name who has been sentenced to suffer the second death, the death of the soul ... lake of fire. God’s going turn satan to ashes from within
Ezekiel 28:18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
The above verse is what God will do to satan, the prince of Tyrus, which is one of satan’s titles.
Also, the fallen angles, the ones who left their place of habitation, heaven, and came to earth, not to be born of woman, but to seduce them, will go into the Lake of Fire.
Ezekiel Chapter 28:14-15
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
The "anointed cherub", from above verse, is satan before his fall from grace.
Satan is a dead man walking.

God loves people and forgives if they ask of it.
Satan is for the people that reject god and do bad things in their life. That can easily be fixed with doing good, and actually changing your view on god. In my opinion.
As for the question, which I'm sorry I kind of got off topic, I'm going to have to say. Yes. But ...I'll think about it and ask my minister.

Interesting question. This is only my opinion, I believe God "did" love Satan as Lucifer, God had appointed Lucifer as the Covering Cherub of God's own throne. Lucifer's rank was over all the other angels. But then Lucifer REJECTED God's love and rebelled. It appears to me that God's love needs a place reside in His creatures in order for it to flourish and since Satan has utterly rejected God's love, that is equivalent to not having God's love.

presumably, if either existed.
If the Judeo-Christian god is about love, then based on his behavior as described in the bible he's got issues; he generally lashes out at those he "loves." Therefore he and his Satan would probably get along quite well, in a sort of Batman/Robin sort of way.

We know very little about God's feelings for Satan - although in the first chapter of Job we do get a very interesting albeit brief glimpse into their relationship; you might consider reading it. Fascinating.

God is not Love.
God is God.
How can God love Satan?

To God, love is more than emotion; love is the very essence of God.

I would have to go with.....yes.
*EDIT
There are many different ways to love someone, love can just mean that you want good things for that being, and you want them to want good things as well.
It doesn't mean blindly accepting.
