Mad River is good, but it's right off VT-100...just like almost every other resort, so it's not really off the beaten path.

Burke...now that's off the beaten path. You have to be going to Burke to even be in the area. Magic Mtn VT is the MRG of Southern VT, it too is off a major road, but it's also away from the VT-100 corridor. Neither are crowded and Magic doesn't like to groom!

I have 3: 1. Loveland Colorado, 2. Wolf Creek, CO. and 3. Snowbasin, Utah. All will usually have consistently fantastic snow conditions and rarely, if ever, any lift lines!

it gets tons of snow every year and still has a bunch of runs

Jay Peak...im kinda prejudice though i work there...but burke is good too...both in VT
