History shows that the Devil is whatever religion wants it to be. Early Christians in the 2nd Century known as Marcionites claimed that the God of the old Testament was the Devil because He was wrathful and that the God of the New Testament who is loving was in constant conflict with the Old Testament God. Personally, I recently had some bad take-out Fried Chicken that made me sick and I was sure that, that Chicken was the Devil. So believe as you wish because no one can prove that you are wrong.

well the devil is/was an angel. and angels are most of the time neither male or female. but if you look at genesis 6:1-6:5
the angels had children with the daughters of men. so if they had sex with women, and made children, then i would say they are male. but like most things in the bible there is no clear answer.

The devil and god have always been considered males. However some believe they are supposed to be genderless.

Good question.
If devil were female, she would seduce god, and we'd all be worshiping the devil.
So I would say male .. :)
