Well, some carriers to provide air cover and of course some subs in case they encountered resistance from whales or other large marine animals. Some destroyers were also present to serve as reconnaissance for the main fleet. Can't be too careful when you're carrying every living animal on the planet!

God give Noah the exact plans to build One ship. Not a fleet. Had they;re been a fleet they're would have been more than 8 people saved from the flood.

And this fleet I have seen described put to sea without any AO's , AE's , AF's, AS's, ??? I can guarantee it did not steam for any forty days and forty nights without them.
