1. Atheists don't belive that God lives in the clouds AT ALL! That's what Christians believe. Atheists believe God is about as real as The Easter Bunny.
2. It is way easier to not join the church because I can't really believe in God.
3. I'm not going to try it because I know what it's like.

5. I don't believe in God mainly because I would have to follow rules made up 2000 years ago by a guy in sandals. But mainly because there is absolutly no evidence for any kind of God, Christian or otherwise.

Atheists do not believe in God or any concept of religion or spirituality. So they do not think god lives anywhere. He does not exist, nor does any other supreme being or energy. They are also strongly against indoctrination of children into their parents religious beliefs.
You cannot join something you do not believe in. There are three groups of people. Those that don't those that don't know and those that do.
Why would you try something if you did not believe in it? That is like saying do not knock GHB until you've tried it man.
What a dreadful generalization. Why would anyone hate good. I think you must be about 12 years old!
Atheists do not believe in God because to them no god exists. Simple. The people who believe but do not live the laws of god are usually religious people. You see them a church everyweek. They are called Hypocrites not Atheists!

Why in the WORLD would anyone give a flying rat's patoot WHAT **other** people happen to believe? And... there is one hell of a LOT more busybodyism in here that targets atheists than there is on the part of atheists toward people having other beliefs. Which makes the atheists in here FAR more sensible and mature than the buttinskies who target them, and whine about them.
Fer Pete's sake, people!! If you happen to believe something, that's YOUR business. And I couldn't care less WHAT anyone else believes. IMO, this world would be a **wondrous** place in the morning if ALL busybodyism vanished, planetwide, overnight!

NO its because our own knowledge and strength have proved "god" wrong. Who made medicine to cure people? Who made the internet your using now? Who born you? Who raised you? obviously your parents. Does god help you get good grades, no studying does. Its just logic. Besides religion causes a lot of conflict, I mean look at the crusades, look at the saleme witch trials, and many other things. Pure logic that overrides him/her whatever.
Sorry if this is offensive I was just showing how an Atheist would think, I use to be one but now I'm Agnostic.

Atheism is the acceptance that there is no credible,scientific or factually reliable evidence for the existence of a god,gods or the supernatural.
Atheists dont have beliefs, once something is known it is no longer a belief.
Most atheists come from a religious background.
I was able to distinguish truth from reality, the reality being there is no god, and thats the truth!

C:Most atheists were religous at some point in life.
D:We dont hate god we dont believe in him
